For the attainment and furtherance of the objects of the institute, the institute shall consist of the following forms

1. The Local Unit

1. General Body
2. Local Executive Committee with its office bearers (LEC)
   

2. The State Branch

1. General Body
2. State Executive Committee with its office bearers : (SEC)
   

3. The Centre

1. General Council
2. Central Executive Committee (CEC) with its office bearers. CEC)

All the members of the Local Branch and the State Branch shall be the members of the General Body of the Institute.
