1. Join minimum 25 to 30 members in a District (All qualified doctors)
   
2. Collect Rs. 250/- p.a. (April to March) as membership Rs. 2000/- for p.a. life membership.
   
3. Elect a president, vice president, secretary, joint secretary, treasurer, 6 executive members, for a one year term. General council members as one for 10 members or major fraction there off, usually they should be President, Secretary, Treasurer.
   
4. Election Officer shall be a state level or National office bearer who will declare the unit inaugurated and explain the aims and objectives of I.I.H.P. send the list of members and addresses, New addition of Members must be reported in every monthly report. Every unit shall show at least 25% growth in membership every year. Units who show maximum growth on all India basis will be suitable awarded in the conferences. Report elections and office bearers latest by April end every year.
   
5. Secretary shall correspond any matter with state general secretary, national secretary general and send state, central dues of each member. He shall keep Rs. 100/- with the unit, shall send Rs. 50/- to state General Secretary as State share. Rs. 50/- (Centre share) + Rs. 50 (Admission fee) Rs. 1000/- of life Member shall be send to National Finance Secretary. All in D.D. only with the list of names, addresses and two stamp size latest photographs of members paid and it’s copy to secretary general. Then only the doctor is declared as a complete members of IIHP.
   
6. The unite share amount is useful for correspondence, postage, stationary only. The units may raise funds from doctor, sponsors to conduct regular monthly meetings, medical camps seminars. At the end of the year. Unit should submit their audited accounts to state branch and centre
   
7. Repot your activities regularly to state president, general secretary, national president, general secretary, editor of rational physician with invitations, press clippings, photos
   
8. Mobilize more delegates to State/National Conferences
   
9. Invite National, State Office Bearers to your regular meetings, seminars, to know more about IIHP
   
10. Don’t hesitate to write us your suggestions at any time. Contact your nearest state/national office bearer about formation of new units (All addresses available in this letter) on Secretary General.

1) Send the central share + Admission fee in a single DD in favor of IIHP A/c payable at ELURU (A.P.) but send it with it’s copy to Secretary General, Kolhapur
2) Send the state share with list of addresses of clarification of a/c No. contact your state secretary.
